You will estimate the needs and interests of market demographics, researching online trends, and working with digital teams to create campaigns. Some kind of considerable characteristics are required to be a digital media planner at Maadico, for example:  Bing capable enough to analyze, the ability to start communication as well as its possible, and who to have a team cooperation, being knowledgeable in various parts of media channels and trends. 

Generally, We require a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, as well as the following abilities:

Analytical skills – an ability to observe patterns and information to draw a result

Teamwork – an ability to maintain a professional and polite manner when working closely with other members, various departments and with external contacts.

 Numerical abilities – digital media planners should be good at managing the budget, analyze data and negotiate prices.

Decision-making skills –They try to increase brand awareness and negotiate with different agencies

Computer skills –Controlling digital trends and channels to analyzing statistics and creating campaigns.

Linguistic Skills _ Candidates must have an advanced or near native proficiency of English and at least one other foreign language.

Digital Media Planner Education and Training:

The minimum requirement to become a digital media planner is a bachelor’s degree in market research, marketing, business administration, or a similar subject. We may also require a master’s degree in a relevant field.

At Maadico, having an advanced or near-native proficiency of the English language is a must.

Upon submission, candidates must present an academic paper, previously not printed elsewhere for further evaluation of their competence.
