Investments in the areas of research and development in Maadico with the aim of reaching the crucial technologies lead to new services and business models. Research and development as the drivers of innovation through commitment and clarity induce strategies in Maadico. 

This strategy consists of three steps: have an understanding of the challenges to succeed in the areas of R&D; choosing the suitable components to form the strategy; and the pressure test before the implementation of the strategy. Mahsa Dabestani Ghamsari is the person responsible for the R&D unit. Mahsa is a lawyer and legal researcher in international affairs and intellectual property rights (IP), fluent in German, English, Turkish, Hindi and Persian and plays a crucial role in providing working spaces for Maadico.
