Since investing in financial markets is always accompanied by risk, and profit and loss are inseparable parts of it, the focus of the Maadico investment advisory team is to minimize risks by offering the best investment options over various timeframes, based on the needs, preferences, and goals of clients.

In this process, the Maadico investment advisory team solely relies on available financial market data and the expertise of its professionals to analyze and provide the best investment opportunities. The team bears no responsibility for any profit or loss arising from clients’ investments.

Submitting a request by the client in this section constitutes acceptance of the following terms:

• The client acknowledges that they are fully aware of the company’s regulations and the conditions outlined in the advisory request form when submitting their request.  

• All fees paid by the client for requested consultations will be in accordance with the rates announced on the website, and the client will have no right to dispute these fees.  

• The advisory team acts solely as a facilitator and guide for investments alongside clients, and all responsibilities for any profit or loss arising from investments remain with the client.  

• Due to the nature of investment advisory services and the absence of direct asset management by the Maadico investment advisory team, any interaction outside the framework and regulations of the company between the client and investment advisors (including portfolio arrangement, asset management, buying and selling of stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies, forex pairs, gold, real estate, etc.) is not approved by the company. All resulting financial and legal consequences will be the sole responsibility of the client and the respective advisor.  

• All information provided by the client in the advisory request form or during sessions will be treated as confidential, and any use or disclosure of such information by the company or advisors in any form is strictly prohibited.  

•  The advisor, adhering to professional and ethical principles, provides analyses and recommendations based on the available information and prevailing conditions. The final decision regarding investments and related responsibilities lies solely with the client.

• The Maadico financial and investment advisory team offers no guarantees regarding profitability or the prevention of loss in clients’ investments. Financial markets are inherently volatile and risky, and the final decision is the client’s responsibility.  

• The recommendations and analyses provided by Maadico advisors are presented as suggested solutions, and clients are not obligated to follow them.
